How do I place an order?

You can choose the items you like on our official website to place the order, add the product to the shopping cart on the product page, and then pay the order. Or click BUY IT NOW directly to place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Home Fitness Code offers free shipping for all orders.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can login and check your order in our official website. If you want to cancel or change the order, please contact us directly for help. We will reply to you as soon as possible after we receive the email.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Please be advised that phone contact is not available. Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback via email. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours on working days.

Can I change my account information?

Yes, you can! Log into your account using your email and password to review your account information including order history, and billing data. Some account information can be edited for accuracy.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password:
-Click the Log In button at the top of the page
-Click the "Forgot your password?" link
-Fill your email address, and we will send you an email to reset your password.

To change your password:
-Log into your account
-Click the "Your Account" link at the top of the page
-Click the "Change Password" link under Account Settings

Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Items typically ship out from our warehouse after 1-2 business days of processing time.
Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays won’t be processed until the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Normally shipping takes on average 3-5 business days. However, these dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.

How can I check the delivery status on my order?

You can visit your account page: click My Account. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details included once your item is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

What delivery companies do you use to deliver items?

We deliver items via FedEx.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return policy?

We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you're not feeling the love, return your product(s) within 30 days.

Note:
1) If the refund is not caused by the product quality problem, you need to bear the return freight.
2) If you cause damage, or by your actions damage is caused to the product prior to returning it to us, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.
3) Items must be in exactly the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.

How do I return a product?

You can email us at service@homefitnesscode.com and quote your order number. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number after we confirm your claim of returning is acceptable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment (Credit/Debit card, PayPal account) within 7 days after the return is processed. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
